Coaching

One of the ways I assist you in your personal and spiritual growth, and help leaders live well while they lead well, is through four distinct, customized coaching tracks.

For Individuals

Life – Focus Coaching Track:

  1. Are looking to focus your life and live a more fruitful life
  2. Are entering a new season of life and want to clarify your  purpose in this new season
  3. Know your purpose and direction in life but need help getting unstuck and getting where you want to go
  4. Know your purpose and direction in life but need input, encouragement, and accountability
  5. Know your purpose and direction in life but need a plan to get you there

If you fall into one or more of these categories and would love to better focus your life and live a more fruitful life, I’d love to help.

Spiritual Growth Coaching Track

Many people have a health coach, a business coach, a leadership coach, a personal growth coach – but few people have a spiritual growth coach.  In fact, less than 3 out of 10 people have any plan for spiritual growth. Yet it doesn’t have to be this way. In this track I:

  • Help you assess where you’re at in your spiritual growth
  • Offer clear and concise content to help you spiritually grow
  • Provide a practical and proven framework that will help you spiritually grow
  • Offer ideas, inspiration, encouragement, and accountability toward your spiritual growth

So if you want to spiritually grow, but feel you don’t have a clear path in how to do so, I’d love to help.

Each coaching track is individually customized. Once we have our initial enrollment conversation, we can determine how many sessions are needed, at what pace you want to go, discuss cost and schedule your next steps.

  4.  Want to transition from “doing” to “being”
  5.  Are in a time of transition in your life and leadership and want to move into your season of “convergence”
  6. Want encouragement and accountability

If you fall into one or more of these categories and would like to become more focused in your life and leadership, I’d love to help.

For Local Churches

Local Church Health and Growth Track

In this track I assist senior pastors, their leadership team, and their local church in their ongoing pursuit for increased health and greater growth as a local church. This is not a formalized coaching or consulting package; it’s based upon a relationship-focused, Spirit-directed, local church specific, personalized and customized approach. I befriend the senior pastor and leadership team and assist them as they pursue ways to grow in greater spiritual health/maturity and greater growth/influence as a local church.

If I can assist you in this way, please contact me through link below and let’s start some initial conversations.

For Writers

The Good Book: 7 Proven Steps For Writing A Good Book

I’ve written and published two books (which have sold well), and I’m currently working on two other books. I’ve discovered a process that has helped me write a good book in an orderly fashion. If you’re planning on writing a book, or already in the process, I’d love to help by coaching you through these 7 proven steps for writing a good book.

Next Steps

If you are interested in an initial enrollment conversation on any one of these coaching tracks, please click here to contact me.  I look forward to hearing from you. Let’s get started today!

The Process

Coaching

Coaching begins with an initial enrollment conversation. In this conversation we will talk through what you want from the coaching process. I will answer your questions about the process, and as you decide to move forward, we will plan a meeting schedule and discuss a coaching contract.

Coaching Agreement

My standard format is to schedule 1 one hour coaching sessions per month with access by phone, Face Time, Skype, or if geography allows – one on one.

You will receive materials from me and, at times, assignments to be completed between our coaching sessions.

I will commit to encouraging you, holding you accountable and walking beside you in your journey of personal and spiritual growth.

Coaching Process

Throughout the coaching process we will discuss your desired changes/growth areas and develop an action plan to help you achieve your goals. I will listen carefully and serve as a catalyst to change. I will also hold you accountable for your action plan.

What Coaching Is Not

Coaching is not counseling, mentoring, discipleship or consulting. Coaching is the practice of guiding and enabling individuals or groups to find their vision, set goals and develop strategies to meet their vision and live a life of purpose.
